Reservations: Reservations can be made by telephone, in writing or directly at our establishment. In case of being made by telephone Nerjazul you can request the necessary data by fax.
Confirmation of Booking and Payment: The reservation will be confirmed when a minimum of 25% of the total price stipulated in the agreed form is deposited. The deposit can be made by bank transfer that is detailed or in cash.
The rest of the total price will be settled before or on the same day of arrival at the lodging by cash or card (no checks or any other form of payment accepted).
Minimum Stays: The minimum stay will be 3 nights at all times of the year. Exceptions:
Easter and Christmas: 7 nights.
From 01-06 / 30-09: 7 nights.
Check-in and Check-Out: The check-in will be made at 4:00 pm, unless otherwise agreed.
The departure of the accommodation will be made compulsory at 10.00 hours, unless otherwise agreed.
Key collection: Once confirmed the reservation will be provided with directions to the accommodation.
Normal consumption of electricity, water, gas, bed linen and bath linen.
Indirect taxes (10% VAT).
Cancellations: In case of cancellation of the reservation, the expenses are established as follows:
30 days or more before arrival: 25%
From 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50%
From 15 to 7 days before arrival: 75%
From 7 to 0 days arrival nates: 100%
Declaration of the Number of Persons: In making the reservation, the client is fully and exclusively responsible for making a statement of the people who will occupy the accommodation (without omitting children), in no case will a larger number of persons Maximum accommodation occupancy established by our agency. Therefore, Nerjazul reserves the right not to admit people who exceed this maximum occupation, not to accept the reservation or to evacuate the accommodation.
Pets: You should consult the agency about the possibility of bringing pets to the property. In the case that the agency accepts domestic animals in the property must be paid 100 euros for each pet, as security deposit. In the face of hypothetical damage caused by the said animals, the repair will be the responsibility of the lessee.
Damages and Deficiencies: Any irregularities or deficiencies that the client may find in the rented accommodation must be communicated during the stay to the agency, so that it can solve the problem or anomaly in the shortest possible time. In case of not being able to solve it, Nerjazul will proceed to the change of accommodation if necessary.
Any claim made after leaving the accommodation will not be attended due to lack of criteria that could process a claim.
Alterations in the Reserve: Nerjazul reserves the right to substitute the accommodation reserved for another one of similar or better characteristics, when for reasons or conditions unrelated to Nerjazul or in which Nerjazul has no influence, accommodation can not be occupied.
In case the client does not accept the offered alternative, Nerjazul will reimburse the client for the payment already made.
Acceptance of Conditions: The reservation of a product offered by Nerjazul is understood as express acceptance by the client of each and every one of the exposed conditions.
