Térms & Conditions |
- It is important that you read and
understand the terms and conditions for booking rentals.
- Bookings:
The bookings could be done by telephone, by email, by fax
or directly in our office. In the case that you did it by
telephone, Nerjazul will ask the necessary details by fax.
- Minimun Stay:
The minimum stay will be of three nights in all seasons
of year.
Exceptions:
- Easter and Christmas time: 4 – 5
Nights.
- From 1st July to 1st September: 7 Nights.
The arrivals into the property will be from 16:00 hours
and departures will be before 10:00 hours, except different
agreement.
- Prices:
The prices include:
- The electricity, water and gas used.
- Linen and towels.
- Cleaning before you arrive at property and one more
each week of stay.
- The indirect tax (I.V.A.).
- Confirmation of Bookings
and Payment
- The booking will be confirmed when you
pay 25 % minimum of total price.
- The rest of total price will be paid the day before
or the same day of arrival.
- Cancellations:
In the case that you cancell the booking, the expenses will
be as following:
- 30 or more days before the arrival: 0%
- From 30 to 20 days before the arrival: 5%
- From 20 to 15 days before the arrival: 10%
- From 15 to 5 days before the arrival: 25% (Deposit)
- From 5 to 0 days before the arrival: 50%
- Explanations:
- When the booking is done, the client has
the obligation of declarity the number of persons who
are going to stay in the property ( with children )
we can not admit a higher number of people that Nerjazul
office has established for the property.
Therefore, Nerjazul can admit or not the booking, and
even to cancell it, in that case.
- The collection of the key will take place in our office:
Summer: Mornings from 9.30 to 13.30, Afternoons
from 17.30 to 20.30
Winter: Mornings from 9.30 a 13.30 Afternoons from
17.30 to 20.00
If the clients arrived out of businness hours, Nerjazul
will arrange with the client the place to collect the
key.
- We do not admit domestic animals in our properties
only in some of the properties are allowed to have them
on this case the clients will pay 100 Euros of deposit
to cover damages. This deposit will be refunded on departure.
- Damages and Deficiencies:
If the clients find some problem in the rented property
, they must tell the Agency during stay, Nerjazul will try
to solve the problem as soon as possible. In the case that
Nerjazul could not solve, we will change the clients to
another property, if any claim done after the clients departure
will not accept by us.
- Alterations of Bookings:
Nerjazul could change the property rented to another one
of similars or better characteristics, when for major the
property could nor be occupied.
In that case that tue client does not want the offered alternative,
Nerjazul will give back the payment.
- Aceptance of Conditions:
The confirmation of the booking it is understood as agreement
by the client of the points about mentioned.
